The setting here was beautiful with attentive and caring staff, uniquely decorated rooms, and a tranquil natural surroundings.

Genuinely friendly and excellent staff members are from the front desk managers. The rooms are well-maintained and extremely pleasant with a mini-fridge-bar and tea/coffee making equipment.

Impeccable service, had really nice experience.

The breakfast was SATISFACTORY with Jasmine and fresh juices and amazing views, the location was particularly good and fab. The staff team was extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating at any time. Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

Paying for breakfast. You should do bed and breakfast, to have a bill put in front of you when you go in for your breakfast is not a nice touch

The breakfast was marvellous and absolutely superb, the check in was painless. The pool with the sea view was well-maintained. The hotel was in an amazing location, near the Bait restaurant where snacks was served during evening.

It was a perfect experience, the staff very helpful and friendly, the hotel very beautiful and relaxing, the food at the restaurant both the Indian restaurant and the seafood restaurant by the beach is excellent and both chiefs and staff answers all your requests efficiently and with a smile.

The cottage we stayed in had a great view of palm trees all around. It had everything we needed, which was awesome. the staff here were so nice and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. 😊

The hotel was really good, we have enjoyed staying at Taj the service was excellent special we had baby and they were very helpful, the hotel has 3 restaurants which is good its your choice, the drivers were really good special Sabastian was one of the best driver and we always wanted him to take us around it was good staying in Taj and the food was good. The best thing I like is there security is fantastic

We arrived about 8:30am in the morning the welcomed us and we requested them early check in, they told us we have to pay half price we did not argue coz we had baby and we were tired but this was really shocking it was only 4 hours and they made us paying inr 5500, I belive such cases they should not charge special we were staying with them for 4 nights at list they should charge inr 3000 not 5500, this was the nightmare! I liked the hotel but coz of this it made me feel that they dont care all they cared was money! May be they should take course from Taj Malabar in Cochin were they never charged us when we check in ealry and we requested check out late they accepted till 6pm (( Taj Malabar is the best))

Great location with beautiful sea views. Spacious and clean rooms. Private beach with a sunset high tea. Excellent staff, including Jasmine at the front desk and Shreejith at the Jasmine Bay restaurant. Good breakfast and complimentary boat ride at the lagoon.

Felt like part of the family, no reason to complain.

The trip has left an indelible mark on our minds , it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay . We did not feel we were at a hotel, the moment we entered we were made so comfortable that we almost developed a proprietory feeling over the premises and were extremely nostalgic to leave the place. Had it not been for prior bookings that we had made , we would have extended our trip at Taj kovalam. The hospitality was unmatched and the experience incomparable, we look forward for mmore associatons especially with the Taj vivanta.

I do not have a single word to write about this and even if I ponder over it for an hour i will not be able to pen down anything. We had a fantastic experience and it was not close to perfection , it was perfect . It couldn't have been better.

Vivanta by Taj Kovalam is surrounded by beautiful grounds and the views from the Meera Bar and Bait, the hotel's restaurant by the sea are excellent. The staff are both accommodating and friendly!
